Dr. Eduardo Partida Rodriguez graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in General Biology from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez. Dr. Partida earned his Doctor of Medicine degree at the Universidad Central del Caribe School of Medicine and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the VA Caribbean Healthcare System.

Building on his residency, Dr. Partida served as an Internal Medicine Chief Resident and pursued a fellowship in Patient Safety and Quality Improvement, where he gained extensive expertise in process improvement, leadership development, and patient safety practices. He completed his cardiovascular disease fellowship at the VA Caribbean Healthcare System, where he was honored to serve as Chief Fellow during his final year.

Dr. Partida is a board-certified Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Diseases physician. He is dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate cardiovascular care, with a strong emphasis on prevention and promoting a healthy lifestyle within his community.

Dr. Eduardo Partida Robles is a highly experienced cardiologist with over 25 years of expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara (UAG) and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the Veterans Affairs Caribbean Healthcare System. Following this, he further specialized by completing his fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease at the same institution.​
